Dat's excellent English skills will ensure a smooth, easy and educational day. Excellent cooking class! Dat was great in showing us traditional Vietnamese living and how to cook springrolls, pho soup and lemongrass chicken. He was kind to our three kids and tought us well. Can highly recommend!
