  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I’m a certified Dive Master with over 30 years of diving. Visited Vietnam for the first time with a group of friends and decided to add in Nha Trang (a beautiful coastal city) to experience some diving. As I usually do, I carried all my own gear except for tank and weights, although the gear they had which was included if needed, was of high quality. The diving was great, with some beautiful swim throughs in our second dive. Not much to see in terms of coral and fish but enjoyable nevertheless. Our second dive at Madonna rock (which has the swim throughs) had excellent visibility 30+ mtrs, and very mild currents. I wouldn’t rate the dive areas for coral and fish much as the coral was almost non existent and the fish were only small, no big fish at all. On the boat I noticed quite a few doing their “Discover scuba” which is perfect as the dive masters and Instructors took great care to ensure they had an enjoyable experience. Overall, Vietnam Active was a great experience.. Will I do it again? With Vietnam active YES for sure, but would probably try another area.

The dive shop was fantastic. I booked a 2 tank dive and a snorkel tour fornmy wife and kids. We were able to be on the same boat which was fanastic. My dive guide, Zack, was knowledgeable about the local sites and took care of my gear. I was a great experience. We were given personalized attention from the minute we booked the dives. The groups were small ranging from 1 on 1 and 3 to 1 so you get alot of attention. The snorkel guide was attentive to my kids. Plus, they serve you lunch on the boat while you enjoy the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend checking them out!

Very well run tour and easy diving Some great fish (ran into a school of baby barracuda). Well worth it for young or inexperienced divers
