I bought a ticket online before I arrived to ensure that I’d be able to ride.
I got there and went to the booth only to learn that they’d refuse to print out my tickets (that I had already purchased.)
The reason was because I recently bought a new house and I have a new address. So the address on my license didn’t match my ticket.
So even tho I had my license, credit card, email, barcode etc, they refused to print my tickets. They asked me for my passport to verify my identity! Who carries their passport around when walking down the street??
They refused to refund my tickets at the booth. They told me to do it online. Tried to get a refund online but was not successful. They tried convincing me to buy new tickets at the booth. Luckily I didn’t. Very disappointing!!
