Then, continue to explore the old town and receive many explanations about the architecture, the name of the streets, the shops, etc. Finally, climb up to Castle Hill to observe the ruins of the old castle, the gardens and the wonderful view over Nice.

Really enjoyed this gentle three hour tour through Old Nice. We thought we knew everything we needed to know, but our excellent guide Lara kept on pointing out little tidbits of history and architecture that we just wouldn’t have found out by ourselves. I didn’t want it to end. Highly recommended!

The tour itself was good. Got to see a lot of old town nice that we would never have found on our own. Unfortunately we booked an English tour and last minute found out it would be Spanish or French only. We speak a little Spanish so it was ok.
