Driver spoke no English, or being French, refused to speak English. We were supposed to be picked up in a Mercedes (we paid for it) but were picked up in a Toyota Corrola that did not have enough room for our 4 bags and 2 briefcases, that had to be in our laps. Driver did not know how to get to our hotel, so he dropped us off and pointed down a street that our hotel was 'that way'...no English at all! We were a half mile from the hotel with 6 bags! We paid for limo service and got 4th rate...what? I can't even say bad Uber, because Uber & Lyft have nearly always been perfect.
