Arrived to Nice with three kids after a long trip from US and NO ONE was there to pick us up! Had to search for the driver all over the place dragging my exhausted kids and two huge luggages with me, I called the provided number like 20 times, no one picked up! We had to find and take a taxi! Horrible experience!!!! Would never use this company again! And they charged in advance so now how to figure out how to get our money back!
