    An estate that has been rated “Cru Classé” since 1955. Over 2,000 years of winemaking history, and an 18th Century château with a Countess still in residence. This beautiful property and vineyard, typical of the region, will surely delight your senses with its history and setting. We’ll explore the cellars and the winery, discover all about winemaking in Provence, the terroir, the appellations....as well as enjoy tasting many of the best wines of the estate.     We'll visit a third vineyard where modernity meets tradition. This family owned estate for 4 generations produces a very highly-rated and extensive range of medal winning wines. At this certified organic vineyard, we'll enjoy a cellar visit and explore the finer points of winemaking, whilst tasting some of the best vintages of the estate under the shade of the olive trees.

We had an amazing experience on this small group tour. We visited three wineries - distinctly different but all very good: modern, traditional, blend of modern and traditional. Peter was an excellent guide and tailored the tastings to our group based on our knowledge and experience with wines and tastings. He also arranged for us to enjoy an alfresco lunch in a nearby medieval village which was very good and relaxing. His knowledge of the region, local vineyards and production methodologies was very impressive. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone whether you are new to trying wine or an experienced connoisseur!

Absolutely recommend! Our group had a half-day tour with Peter in the Bellet Region. Peter picked us up in Old Nice and took us to three wineries where we learned about the wines and enjoyed the spectacular views of the snow-capped French Alps on one side and the glistening waters of the Mediterranean on the other side. You must ask for Peter- He is incredibly knowledgable about all wines (not just in the Bellet region) and shared interesting stories about the similarities and the differences of the wine we tasted versus the wines we taste in the U.S. He also was quick to adjust our tour when we couldn't make it to our second winery due to tree blocking the road. He quickly switched the plan and made sure we still went to all three wineries, but just in a different order. We loved spending time with him and hope to go on another tour with him and AzurE wine tours very soon!

This was a great day trip from Nice. The three wineries had delicious wines - a range from whites, the infamous rosés of the region, and reds. Learning the history of the wineries and touring the properties before tasting were quite a highlight.
