    This is a very enjoyable tour of northern Cyprus highlights if you don’t drive or want to avoid being with a large coach party. It’s possible to go to to all the places we visited by public transport but not really practical in a day.My guide, Cemal, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and full of interesting insights. It was a long day but paced very well.

    I decided to reduce time in Lefkosa, you can visit these sights in an extra walk from Levkosia on your own, and put that short overview of Lefkosa at the beginning of the tour. A stop at the monastery St-Barnabas was added instead, thanks to Mr. Serdat! Gazimagusa/Famagusta has a nice city centre, don't miss a short stop to see the ancient city walls, I did it at the Sea gate, from where you can get a spot on the harbour. The most impressive sight is Varosha, a ghost town just south of the medieval city of Gazimagusa/Famagusta. In the afternoon a visit of Bellapais monastery, Kyrenia Castle with its shipwreck museum and the city centre and the old harbour in Girne/Kyrenia marked the end of the sightseeing tour, after that the tour stopped in Lefkosa, where you as a customer want to stop. Thanks to Mr. Serdat for this very enjoyable day!!

    The tour was excellent. It covered lots of "must-see" spots in North Cyprus, and the guide was very helpful + knowledgable. We learned a lot about the past and present about (North) Cyprus. Good deal and precious experience. Thank you, Özgür!!
