I'm a local and ride my Radwagon daily as my main transportation. I was on the way to start my day at 3pm and my chain snapped. Took it immediately to the shop. It was obvious that the shop was going to make every effort to get me moving again, safely. By 10 am the next morning the bike was repaired, brake job, and some cable manaement to make my ride more safe and reliable in the future. Both the desk and mechanics employees (Lou and Dave?) were exceptional. Prices were very fair as well. I will also mention that some minor repairs were done as well without any upcharge. Absolutely would recommend this bike shop and I can't wait to go back for some goodies or just to window shop. They have an impressive inventory and can get you pretty much anything you need. Proudly rocking their logo on my bike! Thank you so much

I purchased and E Bike and then a week later decided I wanted a different one, they let me exchange it with my receipt no questions asked:) Good people, good selection!
