Starting at our shop just north of downtown Asheville, we’ll meet and greet, hop on electric bicycles, and begin our tour of the area. From our starting point we will leisurely cruise down through the quaint Montford and north Asheville communities on our way to Patton mountain where we will see numerous historical sites. We will then begin our ascent of Patton mountain where we’ll find panoramic views of the southern Appalachian mountains and the Asheville valley at every turn. Cruising on another few miles we’ll hit Town Mountain road where we will embark on a winding and exciting descent back down to the Asheville valley. Arriving at the bottom invigorated and just in time to see the incredible architecture of the historic Grove Park Inn!

Awesome tour, phenomenal guide. (David) pictures don’t do this justice. Our friendly guide David answered all of my questions and had a lot of knowledge.

Electric bikes were the way to go. We are 63 and 65 and were able to make the hills on the scenic tour. We would not have been able see the beautiful mountains without the motorized bikes. Our guide Brando was super. Very informative about the history of Ashville. I would have given them 5 stars but the chain on my bike came off 4 times which slowed the pace down for everyone in the group who had to wait for me while Brando fixed my bike. Reported inconvenience to management and they would not give me partial compensation. Management claims that is a part of biking. Maybe they should do better maintenance on their bikes before leasing them out.

Great guides and great equipment. The tour was very interesting and provided a good mix or history and folk lore. The route took us thru many different parts of Asheville and had multiple stops for pictures and talks along the way. The e-bikes do all the work, even on the largest hills you are barely exerting yourself. This is tons of fun and the best way to explore a city I have ever experienced.
