We pick up all customers using several vehicles. You will not be driven around the city from hotel to hotel for hours before we leave Auckland Rotorua is located in the North Island of New Zealand and is famous for its beauty, culture, hospitable locals, learn about Maori culture,and see the thermal activity. Add Waiotapu, Polynesian Spa or Maori Concert - this is added value - not in place of Te Puia This tour is flexible, with options to leave from and return to Auckland, or leave from Auckland and finish in Rotorua. If you book the one way option this leaves you in Rotorua. If you do not buy additional options you will have free time to either explore on your own without a guide or extra time at Te Puia. You can book this tour one way and finish in Rotorua or return to Auckland at the end of the day. Traveler pickup is offered

We pickup for free at all Central Auckland accomodation, hotels, apartments, etc. We only go to the hotels/accomodation which are booked for that day. We also offer a subsidised shuttle service for people staying out of the city centre to bring them to meet the tour coach. Please liaise with us re where you are to be picked up. It is essential you get in contact with this information as soon as possible

We use shuttles to minimise the time between pickup and tour departure - You will not be driven around for hours at the beginning or end of your tour while other people are being picked up or dropped off

  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This was a fantastic tour. I learned so much about New Zealand and the areas that we past through from our very knowledgeable guide, Darryl (who was brilliant). The guided tour at Te Puia was also great - very informative and interesting and was followed by a wonderful lunch! After lunch, I chilled out at the Polynesian Spa, basking in warm pools in the sunshine and looking out ove lake Rotorua. The journey back was just as informative with Darryl finding new things to tell us and teach us! A wonderful day!

Christopher and Mary Ann were wonderful tour hosts! Chris was a great driver and interesting conversationalist with good sense of humor…Thank you! Also the buffet lunch was very good and much better than expected!
