You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our shuttle was booked for 10am but did not arrive. When I rang the staff member was very vague. She could only offer their already scheduled service of 10.55 am Not a good experience. This shuttle driver was a little late due to traffic and was apologetic.

really great experience with Super Shutle Wellington. Our driver Mark (J3) was fantastic - really pleasant and on time. and provided a lot of interesting information just like a tour guide would. Fantastic.

Changed the time for our pickup no problem. Pick up was on time and we got to airport safely. and in a timely manner.
