Our group of 10 was totally unhappy and unsatisfied with the service, it was so bad and frustrating that service was never received and we walked away from the service provider right on the spot. Service provider asked for an additional $200 fee, and refused to provide service unless money was paid upfront on the spot. No room for discussion, and terrible customer service. We recommend Viator not to subcontract to this local Legend Tour company, as it will bear a bad reputation to Viator.

Loved Hobbiton. Our driver was very nice and made sure everything went as planned. Also went to see some amazing falls on the return trip.
