The International Hobbit Day is on the 22nd of September 2021 celebrating the birthdays of Bilbo and Frodo. Tour includes private luxury transfer from Auckland. Step into the enchanting village on a guided tour of the Shire, where your guide will escort you recounting fascinating details.. As the tour comes to an end, you’ll arrive into The Green Dragon Marketplace – a bustling, vibrant festival-like atmosphere with traditional Hobbit fare bursting from the market stalls. Our famous Hobbit beverages will be flowing fresh from the kegs, alongside the Middle-earth wine range, with roving performers, interactive games and live music keep you entertained. For guests with a Hobbit-sized appetite, the Party Marquee will boast a buffet table overflowing with options for a more substantial supper. To conclude the evening, you’ll be invited on a stunning journey under moonlight back through the village, with lights from the Hobbit Holes glowing against the darkness.

    Enjoyed the tour very much! The driver and tour guy Martin is well-knowledge with the history and geography of New Zealand. Hobbiton is a must go destination!!

    Done the hobbiton tour with the rest of the crew and our driver Chris made the trip! What a guy! Takes lotus of grammable pics and let you take your time, told us lots about NZ heritage and pointed out lots of amazing sites! Thank you Chris
