Join our small Wine Tour group to explore a huge variety of Hawkes Bay Wines lasting all afternoon. Visit 4 very different Wineries. 2 - Boutique Wineries set in the world famous Gimblett Gravels. Learn about the region, how, why, and what Wines are produced in what is regarded as the “Premium Wine Region in New Zealand”. Visit a 3rd boutique Winery set in sheep growing country. Walk around the Vineyards learning the Winemaking process from the Vine to the Bottle, Visit New Zealand’s only Vegetarian (Vegan) certified Winery. This is a “must do” experience. You will also visit the oldest Winery in New Zealand. Here you will learn about their history dating back to the 1830’s in Lyon, France. You will finish the tour with a small souvenir, and a souvenir Wine glass. All tastings, admissions and any drinks advertised are included in the tour price. Tour is door to door within Napier on the day.

    You will visit 4 very different top performing Wineries, One Boutique Winery located out on the world famous Gimblett Gravels Visit another "unique" Boutique Winery producing spectacular "Natural" Wines. Here you can either take a guided walk around a Chardonnay vineyard and working Winery, to learn the process from the Vine to your Glass, or, enjoy a cheese board / platter. Please inform us of your choice when booking. You will taste a great number of Wines from their range. Visit New Zealand's third oldest Winery and taste a flight of premium Wines in the beautiful French styled Cellar. Finally learn the history and taste a flight of Wines at New Zealand's oldest Winery. All tour costs are included.

  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Great communication from the company ahead of our trip. Picked up promptly by our lovely guide Niki and visited 4 vineyards. All had their own distinct wines and backgrounds. The people at each hosting were generous with their time and very informative. Lovely cheeseboard lunch too. Met some lovely people on our day which made it even more enjoyable.

It was a great tour and experience. Our guide, Maggie, went above and beyond by giving us inside references of Hawkers Bay. The selection of the 4 wineries was excellent. Special thanks to the attention on Trinity Hills with a delicious cheese and crackers table, as well as our host Benjamin at Mission Winery, to close our tour with some delightful wines and good stories about the region and the winery itself. It's a lovely and great experience, be prepared to drink a lot of great wines. It would be a plus to add some cheese table or some pairing options in some other wineries as they did in Trinity, to make this experience even better, though we know that's more for the wineries than the tour itself.

A small group you get to know the people you are experiencing the tour with, all the winery’s were wonderful and warm. Our driver Sunny was so kind and knowledgeable.
