Visiting from the US, we discovered this place as we were visiting Sky Tower nearby, and we are so glad we did! We jumped into the next scheduled tour with no wait or anything, and this place blew our minds! It is way better than the photos and website give it credit for - leaving the best bits unspoiled for future patrons. Our tour guide was Erin 5, and she did a fantastic job. She had us all laughing and nerding out the entire time and we all left just as big a fans of Erin 5 as we were of Weta Workshop. Sharing this with friends back home as a bucket list item for our nerdy friends! So glad we came here.

This was a highlight of our day in Auckland. So entertaining and informative. Our tour guide was excited to show us around. Recommend for all to visit to see behind the scenes of making movies.

Fun time for family and couples. They did lots of work on LOTR and The Hobbit. They are currently assisting with Gladiator 2 which is very exciting. Great get a behind the scenes on moving making
