Do you know what happens when the river and the sea meet in Ceará? Natural pools are formed and an indescribable scenery at Águas Belas Beach! The beautiful beach of the municipality of Cascavel, very close to Fortaleza (60km), is famous for the encounter of the Malcoiled River with the Atlantic Ocean. For those who like tranquility and a beautiful walk with family and friends, this is the right place. There are also a lot of dunes, red cliffs and lost villages here.

    The tour takes place throughout the day, leaving in the morning from the hotels on the waterfront and returning in the late afternoon. Anyone wishing to take the optional buggy ride, will not even need to get off the vehicle to cross the Mal-Cooked River. Calm down, it's not a supernatural phenomenon! It is only the ferry that takes you to make the crossing and also takes the vehicle along. It still has ecological trails and the hill known as Mirante dos Bugueiros, from there the view is breathtaking!

Wonderful tour, for those who want tranquility and see wonderful landscapes. Guide José Eliton was mto friendly! Super recommend doing the buggy ride (75 reais per person). Our point of support was the Tent Delices of the Jangadas. Delicious food and drink, fair price, live music (cost artistic couvert 10,00 per person). The buggy tour includes excursions to the natural pools, a visit to the village of Barra Velha (I recommend trying the Murici ice cream, a delight!) And walk the carnival trail. The beach of Águas Belas is a delight and the water is warm, there is no desire to leave! I will definitely return to Fortaleza in 2025.
