  • Your driver can check your flight information by flight number, so no matter your flight arrives earlier or later, your driver will be at the airport. If your flight changes, please let the operator know in advance, so arrangements can be made.
  • If you land at Terminal 1 or 2, your driver will wait 90-minutes after your flight arrive. If Terminal 3, your driver will wait 2 hours after your flight arrive. if you can not arrive at the meeting point on time please contact your local operator in advance or come out to find your driver. Otherwise your driver will leave, airport pick up will considered as no show.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

A great airport pickup service - they met us as arranged and the transfer was quick. The attention to detail was excellent. I particularly liked that they contacted me before the pickup and followed up afterwards
