We engaged Nancy for a private tour prior to travelling to China. Nancy was fantastic to deal with, she went above and beyond what we initially engaged her for. For example she assisted us with our travelling plans when we had issues with our train.She organised and paid (in the interim) for ticket changes and helped us with language translations. Nancy was a fantastic tour guide, professional, incredibly helpful, sincere and honest. We do not hesitate to recommend her,

Contratamos con Nancy la excursión al templo Colgante y a las Grutas, su atención y su amabilidad fueron sobresalientes. Nos recogió en la estación del tren y nos pudimos duchar en su oficina, después fuimos al Monasterio y pudimos disfrutar de la visita con poca gente, apesar de ser domingo y verano, por la tarde fuimos a ver las grutas. Fue tan sumamente amable que pudimos descansar en su oficina hasta la hora de nuestro tren nocturno. Muchísimas gracias.

She picks you up at whatever time your arrive by train or plane. She helps you to book an hotel for hours to rest between trains. She go with you on a van sharing with maximum 9 pax and at the best times to avoid queues. Also bring the group to a cheap typical restaurant. Safer than try to find a taxi and with fluent english
