  • Driver can be English speaking or No English speaking , but will be have phone translator.
  • please add in the special requirement if you prefer an English speaking driver for a group of 1-6. Most of the driver is with basic English, but he/she knows exactly where you go. If you have any questions, you can contact your local operatir by using the driver's phone.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

It was my first time to travel solo and I chose to go to Beijing. No regrets. IT WAS REALLY WORTH IT!!:) Thank you so much for the help of Mr. Wu, the English-speaking driver. Excellent service! He's very helpful and accommodating. He helped me communicate with the locals and helped me took photos while i'm trying to ski. It was also my first winter experience, and i loved it! Words cannot express how happy and satisfied I am with this trip. :) Will definitely go back again next year with my family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!☆☆☆☆☆

Booked a private roundtrip transport from hotel to Huaibei Ski Resort. Driver was punctual. Very helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

The driver can speak english and really helpful along the trip. The car is comfy and nice. Really enjoy it!! Definitely will use the service again.
