  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I’m glad I booked the ticket through Lily. On the day of the visit, there were many gates where I needed to show my passport and explain that I had a ticket. But at the final entrance, the passport was scanned and I was allowed in very smoothly.

It’s not expected. It didn’t specify mention that they were going to reserve the tickets for the customer. No cancellation email was informing us. Even you choose the reserve now and pay later, they still charge you 48 hours ahead of your reservation. But they already knew that they couldn’t reserve the tickets for you before 7 days of your reservation. Totally is not making sense. Confirmation emails were sent before our visit, we though we got the tickets until we found out that we didn’t get them at the entrance. And we needed to call customer service to find out what was going on. And they said they will request the refund. Not recommend it.

Lily was amazing! After I booked a tour, I was notified within a few hours that they could not accommodate my original itinerary. This would've been a frustrating experiencing, but she went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did she provide me with alternative options for my original tour, but she also helped me with additional reservations to other attractions that was never a part of the deal. I found her to be friendly, thoughtful, and very professional. If I ever return to Beijing I'm contacting her tour company first.
