1. Picking up from your hotel if you would stay in a hotel in Beijing city(inside the fifth ring road) or close to the PEK airport.
2. You will be picked up from PEK airport If you would come with a layover, then driver will escort you back to airport on time.

    Your driver will pick you up from your hotel or PEK airport and then take you to Mutianyu Great Wall. Driver will guide you to ticket office first for ticket purchase (at your own cost: RMB60 per person for entrance/ RMB140 per person for cable- option), then you walk and visit on your own. Later on, going down to meet driver and then drive you back to airport.

  • You can either take care of the tickets on your own or ask your driver to help you on tickets purchase(Cash in Chinese Yuan only).

  • Visa Process: 1) Arrive in Beijing and get off the plane. 2) Follow signs to baggage claim, then you will find China immigration inspection. 3) Apply 24-144 hours visa(fill out a long white form beforehand) 4) After get visa, walk back to the regular line for immigration clearance. 5) Walk outside baggage claim to find your driver. 6) Driver will hold your name sign outside baggage claim.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very good service. Would highly recommend to anyone. My driver Shane was extremely friendly and helpful. Any question I had was answered and Shane went out on his way to accommodate me such as finding an ATM, showing me where the shuttle buses were & recommendations of what to do on the wall itself, which was very much appreciated.

My husband and I had a very short and tight scheduled trip to Beijing but this personalized service of picking you up at the airport and transported straight to the Great Wall then brought back to the hotel, what a treat! Although the driver did not speak English (this was already disclosed), I read enough literature to familiarize ourselves about the Great Wall plus the driver had an app that translated what he needed to tell us in English (so cool!). Seeing the Great Wall was so awesome, even if just for an hour or so, am so glad this service was available! Thanks of course to Tony too, who I guess was the coordinator, and spoke perfect English, he arranged everything to our great satisfaction! Recommending this special personal service to those who are in a tight schedule!

It was my first time in China and I was traveling with my 3 cousins. We had a 14 hour layover and wanted to see the Great Wall without committing to a more expensive tour. Tony was our travel agent and coordinated everything with our driver. He sent me VERY detailed instructions on where to go and the whole process of getting out of the airport. Our driver was there perfectly on time, and although he did not speak any English, we were able to communicate through charades and google translator. When we arrived to the Great Wall, he parked, helped us get our tickets, and walked us all the way to the shuttles. We planned on meeting him there, but we got stuck at a restaurant trying to close out and get the rest of our food, so Tony coordinated our meetup spot there instead. We got back to the airport with great time, and our driver parked and walked us inside so we wouldn’t get lost. It was an incredibly smooth experience and would highly recommend to anyone who wants reliable transportation. 10/10
