    The tour is the jewel in the crown to any visit to Belleek Pottery. A maximum of 25 guests are brought around the complete manufacturing process and get a chance to meet and chat with the craftspeople along the way. You could be asked to make a little shamrock after you see how it's done and add a few paint marks to a vase. Not forgetting the quality control department: As there are no seconds in the company any items that fail the Pottery's many quality checks have to be broken so you are provided with goggles so you can have a smashing time!!!! After the tour there are many other things to see in the Centre, our self guided Museum dating back to 1857 for example, our extensive Showroom and then why not relax over a coffee served on Belleek tableware in our Tea Rooms  overlooking our Rose Isle Garden on the River Erne.

  • Children of any age are always welcome to go on tour as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Don't worry if a few clay pieces are broken whilst on tour, its not a problem!
  • Whilst our Visitor Centre is open all year round (Monday to Friday) please consult our website (www.belleekpottery.ie) for Christmas and Easter schedules.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

While I admit to not being terribly interested in the actual ceramic pieces, I have to admire the craftsmanship of those who produce them. Belleek pottery has a worldwide appeal with most pieces going to the USA so its production is an important business. The short tour through the pottery was very illuminating and we saw up close how each item is crafted and eventually finished.

We were a group of 4 adults and 5 children ( age range from 4-53). I can honestly say Steph would took us on our tour, kept information interesting and informative and made it fun for both adults and children. She was amazing, as was the tour itself. We would highly recommend a visit!

Michael was a great guide helpful and informative , enjoyed the tour and would recommend . Hopefully will do be it again when my next visitors arrive .
