The overall feeling is good, the location and food are very good, this deserves a high score. But when it comes to service of email staff, really average. That night the photos is not included, sorry, I don’t know before, just your staff very enthusiastic said, pls send us an email to request the photos. They said sent, please check spam mail…It also says it’s not just you, please be patient, this is an additional requirement for you and is not included…The content is not detailed here, she said something that bothered me a lot.(This is not a kindergarden to negotiate your way.) That's why I didn't give it a high score, I'm really a bit disappointed.

Great experience. Great Tourist guide. The dinner tastes good, nice place, but we’re not luck cannot see the aurora on this night.

Good food , amazing glass igloo in the forests of Lappland. Was an awesome experience ! Can recommend to everyone going to Rovaniemi
