    Enjoy dinner around the crackling fire in the tipi located just outside the beautiful Máttaráhkká Lodge. During the dinner, we can sometimes snap great photos of the northern lights since the lodge and the tipi is away from most of the light pollution. Through the dark night, you will be driving easy maneuver snowmobiles and experiencing the true Lapland dream on unique "off-the-map trails". On top of the mountain, we serve hot beverages and wait for the Northern Lights to show up and dance for us in the night sky. The guide will take photographs of you hopefully with a backdrop of amazing lights. Dinner is included in the tour and will be served in the tipi before or after the tour depending on the aurora activity. Note: The driver needs to have a valid driving license. Det var roligt att köra snöskoter på mörka kvällen men tyvärr såg vi inget norrsken! Det gör att vi får komma tillbaka ett annat år!

Très belle soirée. D'abord, nous avons pris le souper dans un tipi, autour d'un feu. Puis, nous sommes allés en motoneige (environ 60 minutes par trajet) sur la montagne. Malheureusement, le temps était couvert et il neigeait. Nous savions déjà avant de partir que nous ne verrions pas d'aurore boréale. Mais nous avons toujours eu un petit espoir ... La balade en motoneige était magnifique ! J'espère un jour pouvoir retourner en Laponie pour pouvoir voir les aurores boréales !

We had really bad weather but our Guide tried everything he could for us. We sadly didn't see the Aurora, but the trip was still amazing.
