Arrived at 11:54, but the cruise already departed. Take time to talk with security and checked all booking details (services and location).11:57, security help me access contract page. However, supplier declared the cruise departure at 11:56. They stop check in clients and moved to departure before 11:55. Horrible experience. Also them missed important info as in terminal them mentioned need 30min before to check in.

I went on this cruise in 2022, it was amazing (excellent commentary from an older gentleman approx. late 60' early 70's), and very professional. Because of this I recommended this cruise to my two friends in 2024. It was extremely disappointing. There were a few young men approx . in their twenties. We could only hear a few words here and there from a poorly read commentary script. This meant that there was no information about Darwin, cyclone Tracy, the Japanese bombing in WW2 or any other interesting information. The boat fumes were overwhelming and made me physically sick. We exited the boat past two men talking together who did not acknowledge us. Another couple mentioned the same thing to us and were told that "it would be brought up in the next meeting". No apology, no professionalism. This became an expensive short boat ride with no commentary, overwhelming toxic boat fumes and no acknowledgement of our presence- very poor!

Very friendly and helpful tour guides. Excellent place to get on at Cullen Bay. Very happy to have taken that tour. Loved the scenery and it was a beautiful day in August.
