This tour is only a minibus that takes you to the car viewing area, gives you a few cubes of cheese and a glass of sparkling wine. The viewing area is open to the public (for free) and SEIT have no booking or claim to a parking space or viewing area, so you just have to hope you find a spot. The public were in the area where they usually set up the appetisers, so we awkwardly stood around until they moved over for us.
Uluru at sunset is stunning and if you don't have your own vehicle then definitely book some sort of tour. Otherwise save yourself the $110, buy a nice bottle of wine, some nibbles, and drive there yourself.
