It has been an amazing trip and the people worked on the boat are so nice and helpful. I particular love the way they treat the customer like treat to their own family. The food is very good and scenery is very beautiful. I particularly like Hoa who worked in the restaurant and her smile and friendly conversation made me feel like at home. She works and very pleasant to work with

Yo solo puedo escribir excelentes comentarios sobre Cat Ba Cruises Heritage. Excelente servicios, impecalbes y agradables cabinas, super comida y actividades. Desde que se llega al puerto para abordar el primer barco que te conduce al Cruises sientes la gentileza y amabilidad de la tribulación. Nos llevaron al Cat Ba y ahí nos recibieron con una gran Bienvenida. Nos informaron las actividades diarias (bueno nos quedamos dos noches tres dias inolvidables) . Nos instalamos en nuestra Cabina!! WOW!! de sueño! La habitación con una gran ventana que nos permitía apreciar la increíble vista de la Bahia. El tamaño del cuarto mas que perfecto. Con un estilo tradicional-lujoso. Desde el primer día tuvimos nuestra primera actividad: Kayak. En las dos cenas en las cuales asistimos, tuvimos Show con musica tradicional de Vietnam. La Cena, mas que deliciosa! Excelente cocinero!!! Quiero agradecer mucho a Ngoc, Chef Son, Dur, Chi Chinh, (espero haber escrito bien los nombres) Por su gentileza, amabilidad y cariño con el cual nos trataron. Solo puedo decir no lo piensen dos veces y viajen en este Cat Ba Cruises, (por lo menos una noche, yo estuve dos)

Top cruise ship with a pool, massage and excellent food but still not too big (max. around 30 guests, we had less). Beautiful cabines with balcony and excellent bathrooms and top beds. The food on the ship beats many top rated restaurants. Drinks and other supplements are reasonably priced. But the team serving and taking car of the passengers is fantastic! They exchange, give you additional information, help and share the moments with you - we stayed for 3 days (do not take shorter stays or you will miss the best excursions; 4 days would be even better). There are several very interesting short 1h animations like: cooking, yoga, etc. ... no pressure to participate! The boat is modern and traditional at the same time and offers a great personal art collection and old pictures. Privately owned and very well kept! Likely one of the absolut best cruise operator in the whole area! Thank you for these memorable and beautiful days :-)
