We will pick up our guests at each hotel and take all guests to different lake locations, find a good place to enjoy the aurora viewing and relax on our luxury bus. You will appreciate the northern lights around the lake and see the reflection on the lake when the aurora appears. Our tour guide will also take pictures for all guests and teach them how to use their cameras to shoot the Northern Lights. During the trip, we will also provide guests with hot drinks and biscuits, as well as expertise on the Northern Lights and Yellowknife.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

I visited Yellowknife on October 10th, and it was the best decision I could have made. That night, we witnessed one of the top 3 Northern Lights displays of the year – it was truly incredible. I have to say, this was only possible because of Yellowknife Tours. They picked me up from the airport at 9:30 PM and took me directly to the viewing site. The team at Yellowknife Tours made me feel like part of their family. They took me to the best local restaurants, and during the Northern Lights tour, they captured amazing photos of me. It was the best experience of my life. Thank you, guys – now I have unforgettable memories!

We had a very cool and joyful trip with Yellowknife Tours, which left us in awe with their unique experiences. The highlight was the aurora night—a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see the beautiful aurora dance in the sky. A special thanks to Verda, Angus, and Saxon for their professional service throughout the tour, and for supporting my engagement proposal to my fiancée, Annie. This made the moment even more magical, reminding us that it happened under the great northern lights. We couldn't be happier. ????????
