Had a super day with Simon and crew. Super experienced rafting guides and great 1½-3 hours serious water fun. Dagali Serious White Water rafting experience is a must go when around Geilo.

Pj was really fun and a very good captain. Number one team is going to remember Chimoko and this experience. It was very funny and a scary but exciting experience to flip the raft and see Pj laughing at us when we tried to climb back inn to the raft.

Met ons gezin (ouders en 3 jongvolwassenen) hadden we ons ingeschreven voor de super-rafting. Vooraf hadden we aangegeven dat één van ons een knieblessure had, maar dat hoefde geen probleem te zijn. Echter, zonder overleg hebben we een upgrade gekregen naar de viking-rafting vanwege de relatief lage stand van het water. Goed bedoeld, maar niet wat we wilden. Hier kwamen we achteraf achter, nadat we waren omgeslagen en even later nog één van ons uit de boot viel. Het komt er op neer dat het eerste deel van de tocht het wildst is (voor de viking-rafting) en dat het gaandeweg makkelijker wordt. Kinderen lopen onder begeleiding het eerste deel langs de rivier en stappen in bij het wat rustiger deel van de rivier. Er is veel aandacht voor veiligheid: goede instructies, goed materiaal en goede begeleiding. Al met al hebben we een enerverende dag gehad, die heel ontspannen eindigde in de hot tub in het bos (apart bijgeboekt).
