It was amazing from beginning till the end thank u so much for a great organisation i hope that do that earlier i highly recommend it to everyone even with kids

The tour was ment to start at 4pm but because we were so far away we were collected at 12 by our driver Ali! (Kiwengwa beach!) Our guide never showed up or paid for our entry fee for anything If it wasn't for Ali we would have been stuck still at he aquarium We were then stranded on one of nungwi beaches where Ali again had to find a boat for us to get on Lunch???? That never came, so we ended having to buy that ourselves - we were so grateful to Ali that we asked him to join us for dinner It was a very unnecessary stressful day I am still waiting to hear back from tour operator and struggling to find customer service for Viator so that I can report this tour company!
