Upon arrival at Denpasar International Airport, you will be welcomed by your attentive driver at the arrival gate with a sign board with your name on it. You will then be transported to your accommodation in Nusa Dua which will take approximately 40 minutes. You will travel in a private air-conditioned minivan which can accommodate up to 4 people with luggage.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Five star service! The transfer from the airport was on time and professional from the booking to the pick up. The company is exceptional in reaching out prior to your arrival so that everything works seamlessly and you know exactly what to expect. The driver Berata also sent a WhatsApp message that I received right after landing, and he had my name displayed on a sign just as promised. He was awesome, friendly, and accommodating when I asked to make a stop at the minimart, which I highly recommend to anyone staying at a hotel in Nusa Dua. Berata also shared suggestions for tours depending on what your requests are for activities. I was able to arrange the return transfer easily as well.

KRISDA - was waiting at the airport sign in hand, as promised ???????? He was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend KRISDA to anyone needing transfers from airport to accommodation.
