Trip was goed geregeld en georganiseerd. Wel duur geprijsd voor een derde klas ticket. De treinreis was mooi en indrukwekkend.

I booked a 2nd class reserved seat. I got the e-ticket emailed to me after booking. One week before the train ride, I received a whatsapp message with a summary of all the details of the train station, train name, what time I need to be there, etc., as well as another copy of the train e-ticket. I was reminded to download the ticket and advised that I could just present the ticket on my phone (I'd read somewhere online that tickets may need to be printed out, so it was good that this was clarified). The booking process was smooth and easy, and the train journey was amazing!!

Tried to get reserved seats directly from station counter the day before, but they said its not available. Last minute i found this agent and they have reserved us 8 seats on the day early morning and sent us eTickets on whatsapp. Yohan send us all guidelines with many tips we wwouldn't know before our trip. Highly recommend !
