It went smooth with digital tickets. Received it with necessary instructions on whatsapp. Of course price is higher than the actual ticket price. But we couldn't get it directly from station office. I recommend !

You don't get your confirmed ticket from the agent until midnight or LATER the morning that you are planning to use the train, so not very professional, but the actual train journey is lovely.

El viaje en si es por un paisaje maravilloso pero si es te toca en un día lluvioso poco puedes aprovechar del viaje como fue nuestro caso. Además de un retraso de más de dos horas que sufrió el tren por lo que tuvimos que coger el próximo y nuestros asientos ya estaban asignados a otros con lo que preguntamos y nos comentaron que íbamos primero, sin embargo nos supo mal por los otros que tuvieron que irse moviendo durante el trayecto. Sin embargo es un viaje recomendable y agradable para ver el gran paisaje de una parte de Sri Lanka.
