We initially ordered for first class reserved seats for Nanu Oya-Ella route. But the provider suggested that the reservation could not be confirmed due to the high demand. They offered a FULL REFUND, which I really appreciate. But even better part was that they offered confirmed reserved seats in Economy wagon (3rd class) for a much lower price. And I am so glad that we took the offer! Don't be fooled by the name 3rd class reserved. If you are looking to get the most out of your train journey in Sri Lanka, this is the wagon you would want! You could have your windows open all the way to enjoy the lush greenery, water falls and and mountains in this scenic route. And you could even pop your head out of the doors to take some amazing photos. I really appreciate the guidance and professionalism of Nefelibata Travels. RECOMMENDED!
