Seems I am breaking the mold. I have only given one star so that I could write a review. I would prefer to give none. Our guide DID NOT SHOW and the company DID NOT CONTACT US - AT ALL - and still haven’t responded to my emails. We only knew that the guide wouldn’t be showing up because someone called another tour participant and she advised us. She was the only one that got any kind of communication.
And don’t bother trying to contact them. The internet advertising platform is just that, and will say they aren’t holding your money and can’t do anything about it and to call the tour provider directly. But the number given by the tour provider - Intrepid - is that of the platform provider. a perfect way to avoid accountability and avoid refunds.
I wouldn’t recommend this tour provider it if were the only one available. Better to walk by yourself.
