I am originally from the Zoque ethnic group of the Chimalapa community, Isthmus Region, in the state of Oaxaca, I come from a traditional chocolate-making family, here I will be able to share my experience and knowledge that I have acquired over the years.
Come and learn about our culture and prepare your own chocolate in a traditional way, with basic equipment that you can replicate at home!

Amazing experience it was my sons q
10th birthday and he had the most memorable day, as well as learning a lot very interactive and the time went so fast.
The guide Diego was fantastic Children could understand him really well. I would recommend this experience to anyone have an insight into the way chocolate was made.

I highly recommend this. I had Diego as my guide and he answered all my questions and kept it simple. Really enjoyed making cacao turn into chocolate.
