We really enjoyed Angel's passion and knowledge of Oaxaca. From the visit to the Gutierrez home for the weaving demonstration to the ruins at Mitla, Angel was able to keep quite a large group (two vans) organized and on schedule, as well as entertained. We really enjoyed this day.

The half day was great from beginning to end. El Tule the magnificent giant 2000 year old tree was awe inspiring. The rug making facility had a lot of interesting demonstrations and info on all the organic dyes used. The Mescal distillery was tasty and I came away realising that they are not all over the top smoky. The lunch buffet was large with lots of choices. Mitla is a small but important archeological site set in a cool little village. The bus trip was comfortable, picking up right off the zocola.
