We were not collected from agreed meeting spot and our money was not even partially refunded. I feel that this was partly because we booked through trip advisor and there was a third party involved in all communications. I will never book another tour through trip advisor. By the way you can easily get to Monte Alban without a tour and have a much easier experience!

Hugo was an amazing tour guide. He was able to share his vast knowledge about the history of Monte Alban with our group. We also enjoyed learning about some of the areas famous handicrafts. I had a great time and as a solo traveler I feel like I was able to make some new friends.
