Rides consist of up to 6 riders being towed on an inflatable behind a skiff operated by our first class crew!

We did not get to do the banana boats they kept canceling on us the weather was great all week so eventually they said they would have refund my money and I have not received it it has been 2 weeks through TripAdvisor does anybody know what I can do to get it back

Boater & guide we’re super nice and accommodating, my family were the only ones going at that hour so we had a boat all to ourselves! Never experienced anything like it!
