I booked Rafting tours with Sandra (mama sunshine) and she made the experience very enjoyable! She was very easy to communicate with and very clear on instructions for booking !! I will definitely be booking with her my next time in Jamaica ! Hit her up !!

Very disappointed in Nexus Tours…I had a client arrive at Sangster International Airport who had pre-registered on Nexus’ site for her transfer pass was denied transportation. She had to spend $25 for transfers that was included in her booking with Vacation Express. The representative at desk 15 would not assist the client although the client had a transfer pass with her name and flight information and a QR code. She was told that her name was not on their manifest and she could not get transportation without paying. I truly, sincerely hope that this was a mix up and reservation information wasn’t updated in time…my question is…where would she get a transfer pass if she hadn’t registered with Nexus?!?!?! Very disappointed in hearing that my client had this experience. I’ve reimbursed her the cost of her transportation plus a credit towards her next booking. I am disappointed as I speak highly of the service provided by Nexus Tours.
