La organización, la preocupación, el seguimiento de mis necesidades como turista por parte de esta agencia es de un 12. Realice 6 traslados con ellos, todos a la perfección y puntualidad. Incluso en diferentes ciudades, con conductores muy buenos, vehículos impecables y las excursiones incluso me las llego a re-programar para que el conductor me recogiera en el aeropuerto de Odessa y me llevara donde estaba la guía, espero a que realizara el tour y me devolvió al aeropuerto a tiempo de tomar mi vuelo de regreso a Kiev. llegue a Kiev y allí estaba de nuevo mi conductor esperándome. Tamara, mi guía en Odessa, perfecta, servicial, amable, y dedicada al entendimiento de su ciudad para mi. Incluso la directora se acerco en un momento dado de la visita a saludarme y a interesarse por mis necesidades. Perfecto. Muchas agencias deberían aprender de ella

This was a terrific tour of the city, well worth the time and effort. It also gave me a good sense of the whole city, not just the central part where I was staying. Lots of historical tidbits shared along the way.
