It was a very enjoyable ride through the park and the young lady was very nice and friendly. She was from Central America but spoke very well and was very easy to understand and knowledgeable about the city and area.

Troy was awesome. Told us about history and landmarks, let us out to take pics. Didn’t rush. He was so friendly and his horse Rose was beautiful and so sweet. Highly recommend.

We were in New York City for Christmas and one of the things my wife wanted to do was to ride the carriage ride to Central Park. We made reservations maybe three months ahead of time. They give you very explicit directions on where to go and how to meet the driver. Pay very close attention. We did and we did not have a problem however, if you try to wing it, I could see how you could definitely get lost. It’s very important that you show up on time and especially even show up early because the driver will leave on your exact time so if you are two minutes late, then you will not get photos or as long of a trip as you planned for. Also, if you were late, you will not get your full-time because there is somebody else immediately after you. With all this being said, it was a fun ride through the park and we were provided with blankets to stay warm while it was in the 30s. There were a few stops to see some iconic spots of New York City Central Park and we would definitely suggest doing this. Just pay attention to the directions, on time and enjoy the ride .
