We took advantage of the train station TI offer of an English speaking tour. Our guide, Jenny, was fabulous and gave a personal perspective along with the historical and current events of Lucerne. We were a group of about 15 and she made sure to interact with everyone. These tours are a great introduction to the city and we went to places we had not yet discovered.
