  • Transporation is not included; we recommend UBer to acccess the old city.
  • The meeting point is Plaza de Armas by the fountain. (Near Catalá Jewelry Store, Departamento del Estado and City Hall). If you plan on taking an Uber, input 'Alcaldía' (city hall) as Plaza de Armas does not appear. Look for the blue umbrella!

Nico was our guide and she was super nice! She was very informative about the history of the island and was open to answering all questions we might've had. At the beginning of the tour, she asked if we had any allergies or wanted to avoid a certain food. We also had someone who was vegetarian a part of the group and the restaurants all made accommodations for them which I thought was pretty cool! The food was delicious and the portions were perfect. It does involve a lot of walking and a couple of steep hills are a part of the tour so wear comfortable shoes and clothing! Overall, it was a really cool experience and would recommend to anyone wanting to try authentic food and learn a little something too!
