When we got off the ship to await our shore excursion...Our guy was a No Show! I called Viator and they apologized and said they would give me a refund. It has been a month and has not been refunded yet. All the other excursions were great! We had a great time nonetheless.

NO SHOW. No replies to my messages. The telephone listed does not work. We sat for 1 hour waiting for them. No one came. We were in Muscat February 2023. Please TripAdvisor, take this operator out your list. Definitely a fraud. I got a refund back but no apology. If you have a limited time in a place, you want to make sure you are able to make use of it and not waste it waiting for a no show!

The tour operator did not turn up and the contact phone number was unobtainable!!! We therefore booked a similar tour via our hotel instead at almost half the trip advisor price but we were therefore delayed by nearly two hours….we phoned viator customer care for assistance ( at about £3.00 a minute) and they were no help and suggested we cancel the tour!!’ I would give. Zero stars if I could… very unhappy with service
