If your hotel or Airbnb is not on the list, just let us know the destination when making your reservation. Our private transfer service is safe for solo travelers, couples, and groups of up to 10 passengers, and the price is per van, not per person. Before booking, please make sure to select the correct destination. Reservations that do not correspond to the appropriate destination and product will not be accepted, or the missing cost will be charged.

✈️ After you complete your reservation, we will contact you to provide the meeting point at the airport.

Before your arrival, we will reach out to you with the meeting point details, giving you peace of mind knowing you have a clear and precise location to meet us.

Our service is specifically designed for groups arriving on the same flight. If you are arriving on separate flights (no more than 2 different flights), please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can create a travel itinerary and provide you with the correct meeting point at no extra cost. If you do not inform us in advance, an additional fee of $15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for wait time or terminal change.

The service is subject to the availability of operators and vans. It’s also important to inform us of any flight changes so we can provide seamless service.

️ All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring your safety at all times.

If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. We can typically confirm a stop of up to 15 minutes at no additional cost. After that time, a fee of $25 USD per additional hour will apply. The service must be scheduled in advance via email or phone, subject to the availability of our vans.

SUPER IMPORTANT: Our pricing is per van, not per person. Therefore, if you have different departure times, we cannot send multiple vans at the same cost. If you need additional services, such as an extra van for a different schedule, a new reservation must be made.

Gypso travel has excellent customer service!! Elina was outstanding in helping us with our booking and making the transportation arrangements from the airport to Tulum and back from Tulum to the airport. Their van driver, Felipe, was such a joy with great conversation during our 2 hour drive to and from. I highly recommend this company to safely and comfortably transport your family while in Cancun:)

We had great communication from the company before hand including photos of exactly where to meet upon arrival and a photo of the driver. Our flight was delayed and it was to a problem with them at all. I had a welcome text when I landed and I was asked to let them know when I was waiting for my luggage. They were waiting right where they said they were going to be with my name on a sign and it was an easy trip the hotel. Very smooth which is important when traveling to a different country. Our driver Fernando was very nice!

Driver was on time, communication setting up the ride was great and they were very helpful making sure we new where to go in the airport, they were extremely nice. Definitely using them again. Thank you
