Jairo was excellent at communicating with us as we landed! It was very late and he made everything super easy. I highly recommend him and how he navigated the streets of old San Juan. It wasn’t easy for him to deliver us to the hotel with surprise road closures. He communicated with the hotel to get us a personal escort beyond where he could drive. Certainly appreciated by two females traveling together. I don’t think the vehicle was what I signed up for but I couldn’t care less. It was a very clean minivan and fit our large 4 pieces of luggage in the back. And it was private not a shared ride, so no worries there.
