The car was cancelled, and I had to make last minute arrangements, and was never notified through the application. The application states that the trip was completed, waiting for my refund, because there was no trip.

This was an excellent experience. The company contacted us the day before our flight to confirm. Our flight was somewhat early, but the company was in contact with us as soon as we landed. The driver, Eric, met us at baggage claim. He was courteous and pleasantly helpful with our luggage both at the airport and at our destination. His vehicle was parked just out side and we avoided that long walk and dragging our luggage to the Uber/taxi pick up area at San Juan airport. This was very important to us as my husband had recently injured his back and was not able to manage our luggage as he usually does. The price was only marginally more than an Uber would have cost. This will definitely be my 'go to' mode of transportation to/from San Juan airport for any future trips.

Excellent, nice to have a Tesla. Driver was very informative of where to meet him. Also gave us ideas for the area we were stay and great restaurants recommendations. Wld definitely use your service again.
