Pierre was very attentive. The sprinter van was very comfortable. Great way to start our vacation. Cruising on Virgin Voyages on Saturday.

We were a group of 13 people (family and friends), we had Harold as our tour guide, he was absolutely amazing! He knew anything and everything about San Juan. We had him pick us up at the cruise port, for a 5 hour tour (which did turn into 5.75 hours because our lunch break took longer than expected). We wanted authenticate Puerto Rico food and didn't disappoint. We also used this same company to pick us up at the airport, take us to the hotel, then from hotel to cruise port.. Every experience was great and ontime.

My driver Carlos was very friendly and gave great advice for things to do, places to eat, and sights to see. We shared a common interest for boating and chatted our entire drive to my destination. The Mercedes Sprinter Van looked and smelled brand new. Overall the experience was worth the charter price. I would highly recommend.
