The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

We used Puerto Rico Green Transportation for each of our three transfers: airport to Old San Jaun, Old San Juan to Hyatt, and Hyatt to airport. We had the pleasure of meeting 3 different drivers, and each one offered excellent service. Harold, Pierre, and Billy did an amazing job. Definitely would use this service again!

What a horrible experience. Inbound the driver didn’t bother to help with luggage. After an apology call and an offer for 50 percent off next service, we acquiesced. And they didn’t show up leaving our family without airport transfer at 3am.! We are in San Juan 2-5 times a year and we are better off taking our chances with an Uber in the middle of the nightclub exit hour. That’s pretty sad.

Driver didn’t help with logger until we were loading the car. Not even an offer. Seemed a little annoyed to be there.
